HERMIONE MITFORD (CEO) and DAVID BENNETT (founder) of Berlin Based Mimic Productions will explore the concept of DIGITAL HUMANS and their use in film, games, entertainment and the arts.

Bios:

DAVID BENNETT (founder of Mimic Productions) has over 20 years of experience in the visual effects, performance capture, 3D gaming and virtual reality industries. He has played a major role in the development of facial animation, having managed the Facial Motion Capture team at Weta Digital. His credit’s include: Avatar, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, The Adventures of Tintin, Beowulf, Monster House and The Polar Express. He has also provided facial motion capture supervision for more than 50 actors, such as Angelina Jolie, Anthony Hopkins and John Malkovich.

HERMIONE MITFORD (CEO of Mimic Productions) is a trained performance artist and a prolific business woman, and has excelled in both the artistic and commercial industries, having won several prestigious awards in the fields of fashion, film and performance. Furthermore, during her 5 year (and counting) tenure at Mimic Productions, Flynn has accommodated clients and talent such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Roger Federer, Marina Abramovic, Jeff Koons and Kanye West, to name a few. Flynn is also the Founder/Art Director of her own namesake conceptual fashion brand, Hermione Flynn and the Founder/Art Director of 3D creative agency, Synthetic Studio.
