With the announcement of Oculus’ consumer version the VR boom is accelerating once again! We are looking forward to share our excitement with you on the next Meetup at the cosy c-base Raumstation on the 23rd of June.

We are happy to welcome Simon Krüger, CEO of Vade VR, who will talk about his company’s VR applications for real estate market projects & products, referencing the Apartimentum project in Hamburg www.vadevr.com

Matthew McGinity will describe some of his work with VR at the iCinema Centre in Sydney (www.icinema.unsw.edu.au, www.ladispersiondufils.net), and give an introduction to some of the perceptual science behind the concept of ‘presence’ in VR.

And lastly motion designer Philip Krüger will present his beautiful experiments with the fractal rendering software Mandelbulb 3D implemented for VR.
