Last year we had 2 winners from Berlin, so let’s do this again! Let’s kick off the Berlin chapter of the 3rd international Alt Ctrl Game Jam (16.9-26.9) at Saftladen. We’ll share some stories from last year, brainstorm together, and form some new cooperations. Like in music, jamming is more fun together!

The goal, again, is to create a game with a weird & beautiful & self built game controller, to build your own device for playing existing digital games. I’ve heard there will be a theme this year… (but of course you’re free to be stubborn and completely ignore it).

To bring:
– Hardware like buttons, sensors, materials (wood, plastic, wool, etc.) that you’d like to use or show.
– Random ideas or sketches about what you’d like to make

You will probably not be building something this evening (on the other hand, I’m not stopping you), but there are 10 days to jam at home / in the office / under the Warschauer Brücke.

Drinks are available for €2, but you can also bring your own.
