3D Artist at Twin Drums in Berlin or remote

Twin Drums is an indie game studio based in Berlin, Germany. We are growing our team and looking for a 3D Artist to work with us on The Wagadu Chronicles, an African inspired indie MMO built from the ground up for role playing.

We are a small team and your work will have a large impact on the outcome of the project. This also means that you will work on a variety of task: from creating characters and props for our game to animating to interacting with our community.

The Wagadu Chronicles is an ambitious project. You will be working among a group of experienced game designers, artists and engineers. It is an opportunity to learn and grow – for all of us.

We are looking for someone who is self-organized, interested in growing and learning new things, open to give and receive constructive feedback and has a regard and respect for the project as a whole.

We are using Blender and Unity 3D.

Twin Drums is more than just another games company: We founded Twin Drums to create a company we all want to work at, a space that is trying to tackle common bad patterns in the industry like racism, sexism, or bad working conditions (crunch). We want Twin Drums to be a place of mutual support and trust.

We offer part-time (suggested 80%), remote work and home office as a default.

We particularly encourage applications from women, people with disabilities, people of colour, and other groups that are underrepresented throughout the game industry.

If you are interested send us a short email to jobs@twindrums.com with a few words on your background, your portfolio and why you are interested in working with us. For more information check out our Kickstarter (bit.ly/3kU9WJf) and our website (https://twindrums.com/).
